Short Summary
- Define the caretaker dynamic when you start managing a partner's life and schedule.
- Identify "weaponized incompetence" as a pattern that disguises irresponsibility.
- Address the sexual relationship decline caused by a parental dynamic.
- Gain actionable communication strategies to reset roles without causing conflict.

This one hit me real hard and was real personal to my own current experience. I think myself and many other ladies need to hear this message
THIS A MILLION TIMESSS. If your partner needs to be mothered, get you a new one or give him space to get his act together on his own and re-evaluate
"Be a lover, not a mother." The best advice a friend gave me.
As an older woman, I cannot stress the importance of today's conversation enough. The most important decision you will make -is the person you choose marry. Be thoughtful in whom is deserving to be the person you come home to, start a life with, raise children together. Speak their love language and make sure they speak yours.
Alex & her therapist cooked bc you can tell she’s really evolved over the years. Super healthy & relatable insights on the Sunday sessions lately 🫶🏼
Please PLEASE do an ep on how to know you have the right partner and what to look for!!
This behavior is an INTENTIONAL act. These are people who hold full time jobs and want us to believe leadership is inherent in them because they’re men, but they can’t take care of themselves or their home? RIGHT.
Weaponizing incompetence is so crazy cause all my 28 years of living I’ve dealt with people who do that and I never knew that the words were for that but god the fact that so many people actually do it ALL the time it’s sick
There’s nothing more attractive than a man who is competent on his own and can take care of business.
the right man will just make your life easier in every single way
