As a person who worked though most of the pandemic in food service, the scariest part is the people who refuse to follow the rules and punish the lowly workers for rules we have to enforce or get fired. And you know who was the worst, old people who are the most susceptible π€·ββοΈ.
Don't apologize for covering this late; you gave us time to watch it. So many channels I enjoy covered it as soon as it hit theaters and started posting spoiler thumbnails and titles and stuff. It was so upsetting that I unsubscribed from some of them. I respect this channel more for not doing that and for giving us the time to watch it, and not having any spoilers in the title or thumbnail too.

One scene that really shook me up was the "Boots" poem over the montage of Henry V and the night time footage of the infected with the glowing eyes. It made me genuinely uneasy
The idea of a disease that starts the zombie apocalypse is actually way older than 28 days later. Omega Man follows an Army Doctor trying to find a cure for the disease. You can either go with the book titled βI Am Legendβ from 1954, the first movie titled βThe Last Man on Earthβ in 1964, the best version with Charlton Heston from 1971, or the modern take with Will Smith called βI Am Legendβ from 2007. In either case, a disease that mutates zombies into something more than braindead slow walkers has been around for a while, with the first few examples being intelligent zombies with plans and motivations while the Will Smith version is influenced by fast zombies.
Only thing Iβm scared about is that 16 inch Drakey Snakey swaying around whenever they walk
It's amazing what sound design and makeup can do for a zombie movie.
I think in Z Nation they have Sprinters and Walkers but the difference is the type of person it infected based on "age + physical health + time", ones that were newly infected still had the mobility, but ones in later stages started to slow down a bit because of decay, but also also age determined speed as well for some elderly people even if freshly infected they would be on a the slower end of moving but not walking yet.
One of the scariest zombies will always be baby zombies when you're half a heart on hardcore mode
