The third season features an expansive ensemble led by Nicola Coughlan as Penelope Featherington (Derry Girls, Barbie, Big Mood) and Luke Newton as Colin Bridgerton (The Lodge, Lake Placid: Legacy, Doctors). The Bridgerton family returns with Luke Thompson as Benedict Bridgerton (Dunkirk, Misbehaviour, Shakespeare's Globe: A Midsummer Night's Dream), Claudia Jessie as Eloise Bridgerton (Vanity Fair, WPC 56, Line of Duty), Hannah Dodd as the new Francesca Bridgerton (Enola Holmes 2, Anatomy of a Scandal, Find Me in Paris), and Ruth Gemmell as Lady Violet Bridgerton (Fever Pitch, Tracy Beaker Returns, Primeval). The season also sees the return of the previous leads Jonathan Bailey as Anthony Bridgerton (Wicked, Fellow Travelers, Broadchurch) and Simone Ashley as Kate Bridgerton (Sex Education, The Little Mermaid, Pokémon Detective Pikachu). Rounding out the ton are Golda Rosheuvel as Queen Charlotte (Dune, Lady Macbeth, Luther), Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury (Invictus, Fractured, Doctor Who), Polly Walker as Lady Portia Featherington (Rome, Patriot Games, Clash of the Titans), and the voice of Julie Andrews as Lady Whistledown (The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, The Princess Diaries).
