Regarding the TikTok psychic and similar defamation cases where the offending party continues their slander/libel after the court has found against them and ordered them to stop, I think that at some point it needs to cross over into contempt of court or some similar charge that results in actual punishment, such as jailtime. Otherwise, people like her would have no reason to follow court orders or cease their offending conduct.
