Let me say this, and im a Cubs fan, but every Cardinals fan should be Ecstatic for this young man!!! He put on a Show last night and he earned every bit of it!!!! CONGRATULATIONS JORDAN!!!!!👍👍👍

JW has been my favorite Cardinal since he arrived in the Lou. Been watching this organization since 1977, and this team feels special.

Couldn’t be happier for him

As a Cardinals fan through and through, I couldn’t be more thrilled to watch the success of this guy! If there is an underdog story that needs to be written it’s his! He has dealt with struggling through the minors to get to the big leagues, only to continually get sent back down, I think it’s very clear he has found himself on the field and I’m excited to see what the future holds for Jordan Walker! Congrats on the big win, and most importantly, for being the FIRST St Louis Cardinal to win this event! That is a huge testament considering the other talent that have participated in the derby(Albert Pujols and Mark McGwire!)Let’s keep this energy rolling into the back half of the season and find a spot in the playoffs!!

My kids and I watched him and Masyn Winn often when they were playing AA in Springfield. Great players but what stood out more was they would hang out and sign autographs and take pictures with all the kids until their coaches would have to come pull them into the dugout before the games would start. They would also stay way late after the game doing the same. The other players were long gone. So yes, great players but I have the utmost respect for them and how they treated their fans.

“He’s got a new deal coming.” Indeed. Go Cardinals. So happy for Jordan. High character kid. Great example for kids.

His parents were too smart to let him play football. So much talent.

Dude is a true MLB player man. Was amazing
