You can apparently come here and protest the U.S., but how dare you come to the U.S. and protest Israel. There is no limit to just how pathetically far our elected officials will go for Israel! Vote them out!

Guys, honestly reading this book Secrets of The First Order felt like snapping out of a trance I didn’t even know I was in. For years I bought into the official narratives. History, media, government. I thought I had it figured out. Then this book flipped everything. It’s not just information, it’s a challenge. If you trust everything you’re told, this isn’t for you. But if some part of you knows there’s more going on than we’re allowed to see, this will shake you.

emily is so ideologically captured that she often cant acknowledge basic problems with america. to defend the cost of american higher education with "its a lot worse elsewhere" like where? any examples? or that just a feeling you have?

What Emily doesn't understand is that people who complain about american empire are actually expressing the most sincere interest in improving Americas future. The country would be much healthier and more prosperous if it were to cut back on its empirical tendencies, and these people protest because they see the potential of what America could be, and they wish that it could achieve its best most peaceful future. It is so childish to say that someone who disagrees with our foreign policy "hates America" It is a very slippery slope to vet based on partisan lines, and very naive to assume your party "knows best" regarding which philosophies will be most helpful to the future. (Not to mention arrogant that conservatives automatically assume their opinion is superior to someone who's just been admitted to Harvard of all places). I think it's a good thing we accepted Einstein. He certainly would not have passed trumps vetting.
