Basically the Orchestrator pattern which is becoming more popular the last couple months.
I recommend a future video based on the same concept, featuring fast and open-source models 3, which benchmarks their outputs against the results of Opus 4.8.
I`ll really appreciate your feedback on this :) BUILT-IN MoA (what I just showed you) Completely different architecture: 1. Reference models (GPT-5.5, DeepSeek) are ADVISORS only — they CANNOT call tools, read files, or verify anything. They just reason about a trimmed conversation 2. A single aggregator model does ALL the actual work (tools, actions) 3. The references get a truncated view (4000 char budget per tool result) — they don't see the full context Your custom fusion is stronger because each reviewer independently verifies against real code and docs. The MoA references can only reason about what the aggregator already showed them — they can't independently check anything.
I tought you were one of the antropic consume victims until you started to drop valid points over and over again you are the best XD
Nice video! Thanks for the continued great content.
Thanks!
THanks!
No clue how I missed this vid. Glad I found it eventually, this is exactly the kind of quality content that keeps me subscribed and coming back to your channel as frequently as I do 🙏
Great video, I am working on agent orchestration since last year already.
Having a mix of AI agents sounded kind of complicated to me until I understood it, because the agents are all doing different tasks. Most workflows or businesses have a variety of different tasks, so it clearly makes sense. I'm not a developer, but I'm learning much faster than I thought I would, and your videos are sounding less complicated as time goes by. Hermes Agent seems to me to be one of the most powerful tools a business owner could understand right now, and probably in the near future. That's why I am dedicating a good chunk of my time to implementing it in my business.
