Dog trainer here! Whether legit service dog or not, this lady is correct. In a protected wildlife sanctuary, ANY animals are not allowed. She was very polite and kind. These people are in the wrong
A dog can be certified as a service dog for $10. The use of this rule needs to be removed for 99.99% of service animals.
As a dog lover, and the owner of eight dogs. I think it is absolutely ridiculous how entitled people are. Quit trying to force other people to accept your fake service dogs. And Matt is absolutely right, even real service dogs are not allowed in some zoos.
There is a BIG difference between a Service dog and Support animal.
