Bruh, here in Missouri, I went to purchase a handgun. There is no waiting period for it here. I realized I had recently moved and my driver's license didn't have my new address. The person at the gun counter literally told me to just go get a fishing license from the customer service desk because you can just verbally tell them your new address and then you can use that as "state issued ID" to buy a gun... WITH NO WAITING PERIOD... Meanwhile... to adopt a dog I had to provide so much info and income data and wait a week.

Ok she's super powerful and informed and much more but my goodness is she also adorable. I'd love for her to be my friend. Fellow black girl here and so happy about this segment.

She's correct in that people talk very little of the injuries from accidental and intentional gun shots. My ex-wife's son was shot through his calf at like 18/19 when a friend of his was just showing him his new gun. Put him in the hospital, had to go through PT, left a massive scar on both sides of his calf and tramautized him. Gun safety classes should most CERTAINLY be required for gun owners.

I want to live in a society where nobody feels the need to be armed to the teeth 24 hours a day. Usually people feel unsafe because of how the media reports on violence. Its frightening that Roxane decided to get a gun because she was personally receiving death threats. So many people take their enmity to frighteningly personal extremes.

It's a huge relief to hear someone intelligent in the media. I've never heard of Roxane, but now I'm a fan.

Well, I mean, guns are also very popular in Switzerland, but they don't cause a problem there because Switzerland is also very fond of sensible gun _regulations._ The two go together.
