Jackson's closing was expertly done, its clear how passionate he is about this case and I think his style, and what he covered, will be so much more memorable to the jury while they deliberate
“Blue paint kindergarten project” 😂😂. Classic. 54:04
notion for AJ to get a spot in the sound board with a How Dare They
When the facts are on your side you pound the facts, when the law is on your side you pound the law, when neither are on your side, you pound the table….the amount of times Brennan slams his hand down is comical 😂
Brennan at closing: “We don’t know how it happened. But it happened. Trust us.”
Ummmm. Brennan starting off twisting events by saying Karen Reed was the only person in the world that could've helped JO just proves the defense's point about the CW misrepresenting things. The actual facts are that there was a houseful of people, many of whom walked right by where JO supossedly was.
Please add Brennan’s “it appears I made a mistake” to the soundboard
Seeing no McCabes or Alberts in the courtroom to support the family of their beloved friend.
HB got this wrong. AJ wasn’t saying the glass came from the house, he was saying why didn’t they police think “he has a drinking glass, could it have come from that house, we should go and look in there”, to show they did not investigate the house or people in it even though the glass gave them probable cause. The cops did not know at that stage that it came from a bar, they should have assumed it came from the house.
If I knew I hit someone, I wouldn’t be calling 53 times to cover my tracks. I would call 53 times if I didn’t know where someone was and was pissed about it.
