Dr.Berg i love you so much! You've literally saved me in so many ways! I discovered my insufficient pancreas because of you and my SIBO. I am now battling RA because of the SIBO. I'm trying the chicken sternum. YOU are my doctor more than any in person doctors I've ever had. Thank you for you for sharing your knowledge. I literally have questions about my health and I go straight to your channel.

Most people have no idea how deep the deception runs when it comes to health. You’re told to trust the system, take the meds, follow the protocol meanwhile, you're slowly decaying while thinking you're doing the right thing. This video just confirms what I found in Youth Protocol: the cure was never supposed to be easy or profitable. Real healing starts when you stop

Also going outside for like 30 minutes a day helps you to be healthier. I just watched a video by Diary of a CEO where he had a lung doctor talking about the health benefits of going outside.

After 1 hour we are hungry because Our body is asking for nutrients and we feed it starch and it still needs the nutrients we didnt give it so it keeps asking through hunger.

I may feel hungry after eating because what I ate first didn’t have a high nutritional value or didn’t include protein or I simply didn’t eat enough to feel satiated.
