The Omnivore's Dilemma is one of the best books on food that I have read in the last few years. I was very pleased to see that some middle schools are using it in their English classes for part of their course.

Joe's questions are pretty on point during this one, especially towards the end. Really enjoyed this conversation - and loved Michael's final comments!
