The problem why lombok is not working is due to IDE. Intellij doesn't understand the lombok features i.e getters , setters , constructors predefined method. To solve this error you need to install Lombok Plugin in your Intellij IDE

@Component annotation helps in automatically creating an instance of the class 'Product' behind the scenes. Since you are using @AllArgsConstructor annotation Spring is looking for values for the instance variables to create an instance/object of Product (apart from the ones created in 'Service' class) which are not explicitly available. The problem is not with lombok. The culprit is @Component. Thanks for the video!
