As a European, I will never trust the US again, as lomg as I live. Working hard to de-americanize all my hardware and software.
On this occasion, the company concerned holds important data on the Dutch population and under present US law, that data can be accessed on demand by US authorities, irrespective of the fact that the people are not US citizens.

Imagine if the US government would allow its vulnerable citizens data like tax and social information to be fully processed by a European tech company? I guess that would be a big NO regarding security.

Being on US-based company payment systems or software, AI, data, or streaming subscriptions is a huge risk. Switch to alternatives ASAP wherever possible.
