The hardest question still remains " why do I want to learn how to code" the goal remains the most difficult.
I've been coding with PHP since 2002 (also MS Visual BASIC, C++, Pascal and Delphi before that), and I've never had an issue finding PHP coding gigs. These days, it's a mix of PHP (by a wide margin), C/C++ (mostly for microcontrollers like the ESP32) and Python.
I’ve been watching all your videos since I first knew you, for about 1 to 1.5 years. Your videos are always explained very clearly.

I have what I expect will be a rather unique question. I am a retired lawyer and civil engineer who worked with a IBM 360 and programed in basic in the early 70s and then went on to law school and practiced law for 35 years. I love the idea of a come back and am wondering which language I should learn and why. Thanks

in robotics, learning C++ is a must. the top3 choice in robotic engineering is C++ Python Matlab C ( for microcontroller)
