Trump LOSES IT as Supreme Court fight breaks out over Black History and Citizenship!

On July 4th, the 250th anniversary of the nation, All Rise News marked the occasion with a live-streamed reading of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's concurring opinion in Trump v. Barbara, the birthright citizenship case. Justice Jackson's opinion powerfully, compellingly and movingly illustrates how the history of the 14th Amendment is as unambiguous as the text. She shows how the Framers of the Reconstruction-era amendments that became known as the "Second Founding" turned to birthright citizenship as an "engine" for an "anticaste, antisubordination" reset for the nation rebuilding itself after the Civil War. She also warns how the "distortion of historical facts" can be used for "misbegotten aims," as the United States narrowly avoided a revisionist rewrite of its fundamental character.
