Black Farmers are suing the USDA over $127 million in Canceled Grants, alleging the agency violated their due process rights by eliminating their grants. I'll talk to the executive director of one of the groups. Jury selection resumed today in Texas for the first-degree murder trial of Karmelo Anthony, who is accused of fatally stabbing 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a Frisco regional track meet in April 2025.
