Grady Judd is convicting people in the media before their day in court. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? I have been patiently waiting for a lawsuit I feel like it's coming soon.

Unless somebody has been found guilty in a court of law, Grady shouldn't be allowed to defame people. This man should sue Grady and the state of Florida

I’ve been in law enforcement 26 years, you see this all of the time. Judd thinks he’s a movie star and common sense becomes much less common.
One thing I find interesting is that if a podcaster has a case against them an talks about it online - the DA ask for a gag order to not influence potential jurors- but a cop that does a press conference suggesting someone’s guilt has no consequences…..
The same Sheriff who refuses to equip his deputies with body cams because its a "invasion of privacy"
