Hi Chipotle employee here, I concur PLEASE DONT ORDER ON THE APP. Most of the time it’s ONE person in the back making like five orders due in ten minutes. And the reason the scoops are worse is because the person who ordered isn’t there looking at us make the food. Also Bob is correct the extra this light that is very annoying it’s so much easier when you verbally tell us in person. Another thing, we don’t know what extra or light is to someone so honestly it’s a lose lose situation. One last thing DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to chipotle late at night. The food is OLD and there are NO discounts. One last thing be nice to ALL retail or food service employees we don’t want to be there. If you are in store and want some more chicken just ask nicely. It wastes time accusing workers of purposely skimping on portions. In reality you don’t know if it’s that persons first day and they are still getting the hang of it or any other situation. TLDR: chipotle isn’t worth the money and be nice to people.

I’m amazed on how they keep one-upping their thumbnails.

I have a great green macaw and here in rural southwest Ohio, hours got loose one time and we actually did get him back after a few hours of working with him. His dumbass did not know how to fly back down, only up. Which is common for birds that are pets. But he eventually got tired and crashed into a bush. When I walked up he immediately got on my hand and put his wings around me. But I know first hand, how heartbreaking it can be to have a member of your family fly away like that. They don't want to leave normally. They're not able to feed themselves in the wild or avoid predators such as hawks. To me it's an extremely sad story.

In response to the pet cremation article.... this happened to one of my aunts and uncles. They found out that 5/6 of their pets who were "cremated" were actually dumped. Their hearts are broken, and they not know what the ash is that they were given back. What they thought was canisters with their pet's ashes was collected as evidence.
