I think there’s something else. Long onboarding in a way is an opportunity to prime your customer, basically, kind of give you a sales pitch first before you buy the app. Cal AI for example, make promises about how with this app, you will definitely lose weight. The more good questions the app asks, the more the user is inclined to believe that the app has authority in the subject. Therefore, when the final paywall is presented, it’s much easier to convert since you’ve been led to believe the app will actually get to where you want to be.

NGL I am so fucking annoyed by long onboarding processes. So PLEASE if any of you reading this are making an app you think i would want to use could you add like a tiny skip button in the right bottom corner as a secret. i will try everytime i download a new app. TNX

I feel all platforms sould keep a short onboarding process. If you want personalisation for your user, better put an ai agent at end of sign up process. I was using Vapi AI and airtable today and they have the this onboarding style. Really would prefer it over answering 10 fix questions

I think the best thing is to keep the onboarding short, let the user land on the home screen and let them understand the deliveries or the impact of the product and then when the person is ready to use the feature and ready to invest, start asking questions for the personalized outcome. Otherwise they'll be impatient and will leave the onboarding half finished.

Realistically, how much do you guys charge? I understand you keep saying free design strategy but can you just give me a price of the average you would normally charge to take a look at our platform and do whatever is necessary to help us with the designs and tell us if it's good or not.

Great video bro(as usual) You see, you have used the whole first minute of the video basically saying nothing, but promising some good info then App onboarding use exactly the same strategy. You need to explain a lot of things before you can sell something
