As someone who has began building multiple context documents for my work to feed in AI i notice quickly how difficult it is to switch between different app from different companies. I.e. I use craft docs for most of my document writing and journaling but spend most of my ai usage on gemini 3 pro. This means I need to keep my google docs updated with whatever I do on craft so that my gemini is up to date with my latest context. It would have been so much easier for me to just use google docs 100%. Its stressful as is but I hate editing docs on google docs on my iphone. Its nothing short of horrendous.
You have a gift for explaining things clearly!
Hope everyone here has success in 2026❤

This is top-tier content, no question!
As an ex enterprise architect, the power for business users to by pass the request queues to build out tools that helps them achieve what they need to do is both a relief (less burden on IT teams) and a total nightmare (data security, data consistency, tech debt, risk, and cost).
Solid content as usual. I can tell you that even in the last 3 months my team has been moving toward the AI Assistant model in both healthcare security and healthcare coding/development.
The hardest part isn’t using AI — it’s keeping context when you jump between chats, tabs, and docs. That context loss kills flow more than people realize. Thats why i have built ChatCrumbs to solve this exact problem by creating smart breadcrumbs for AI conversations so you can resume work without losing your trail. Would love feedback from others facing this too.
Video trends are fascinating, but Olovka's citation management is what keeps my essays on point.
i had no idea about these trends, thanks for sharing
