If you are an American citizen, don't let anyone tell you that you shouldn't buy into your own country. If you don't buy, some foreign entity will.
If you use the professional manage, 401k advisory fee for my company is 0.45% of accounts balances. I don't use that. I just put 80% in the fund similar s&p500 fee 0.04% and 20% international stocks 0.06% . I used to use the advisor in the past and it was not worth it!

Curious what everyone thinks: is the biggest retirement mistake relying too much on the 401k, relying too much on the house, or never learning how the money actually works? I think the real danger is false confidence. People think they are safe because they checked the boxes, but nobody showed them the math underneath.
Same dude who told people to read ‘rich dad, poor dad’ a book in which the author was caught making up the whole catalyst for the book.
For what I pay in mortgage, I couldn’t find a cheaper place in the crappiest part of town.
5th gen rams have an extra bolt in the rear which now cracks the manifold. I prefer flattening th manifolds on my 4 gens as they are already warped and preseasoned
Research imputed income benefits and see why nobody mentions that when a home is paid off.
