Everyone including the government is cooking the books. That is why the true economy is much worse than advertised.

Those longer depreciation schedules make more sense when you consider the reason most people replace their devices is because the of the battery dying or screen breaking. Neither of which are components of a GPU.

Round tripping juicing up phantom revenues is very concerning. If chips are so high in demand why even bother to do round tripping by giving money to vendors to buy your products. They doD that before and paid millions as penalties

Enron would book profits for the full amount of a contract for the quarter they signed it even if the contract was spread over multiple years.

I always felt like I was doing everything “right”—working hard, saving, avoiding debt—but somehow I stayed stuck in the same place year after year. Then I read Smart Broke Dumb Rich by Zor Veyl, and it honestly felt like someone finally explained the part of the system everyone conveniently leaves out. It wasn’t motivational talk or generic finance tips. It was uncomfortable truth, the kind that makes you rethink your entire life. By the time I finished it, I realized why this book isn’t mainstream: it tells you exactly how the game is set up and why most people never get ahead. If you’ve ever felt like something about money just didn’t add up, this book will make everything click.
