To the surprise of no one, this is the longest episode of Last Meal and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Dont even joke. You KNOW we would watch the 18 meal cut of this.
"Taste, is ultimately a poison detection system" definitely unlocked a new chamber in Brennans brain
brennan ALWAYS introducing his mother as an acclaimed writer and brilliant mind makes me so unnecessarily emotional every time and i dont know why
So glad Brennan got to escape Sam Reichs gameshow dungeon to enjoy his last meal.
I have tears in my eyes watching Josh eloquently tell Brennen that his food choices were because of other people in his life and it's okay to not be "classy".
josh’s comments on food and class were so touching. because yeah, i wouldn’t want my final meal to be a recreation of the best fine dining i’ve had. i want my grandma’s chicken and noodles and my mom’s zucchini bread. i want a taste of my life.
I am so glad it's been normalized to just let the crew laugh behind the camera. It's like having a live studio audience that only laughs when something is actually funny.
I clicked on this episode not having a single idea of who this guy was. After watching, Brennan became one of my favorite humans ever.
Huge respect for Brennan admitting his success is ultimately largely due luck. It takes a lot of humility and self awareness to be willing to say that.
