I'm a licensed Private Investigator and that first story is a perfect example of something called a "stalking horse". That guy should have done his due diligence to make sure he wasn't being used as a stalking horse, because it's far more common than you think.

WOW. That poor wife in the 3rd story. She wasn't warned that that monster was coming home to hurt her. They didn't even check on her or call the police for her. HORRIBLE

That PI dealing with “Jamie” is a complete dumb@ss. As soon as I heard that the phone was DISCONNECTED, I figured they were after him & I would’ve personally warned the kid/Jamie as soon as that happened. Apparently it’s not common knowledge that a disconnected phone =/= no service or off.
