Why is this in 360p? So fuzzy. I thought my eyes were going. Hello from Canada.
Do the people in these countries understand the need for u-bend / p-trap pipes for the drains in the bathrooms and their toilets? And do they use the same pipes for the kitchen sink as they do for the sewage from the toilets? Because I'm living in the country of Georgia, and they don't seem to have grasped the need for u-bend pipes to keep the dangerous and foul-smelling sewage gasses from pouring out of every single drain and toilet in every single apartment (even the most opulent, high-end luxury hotel room here has a bathroom that smells like an outhouse), hotel room, restaurant, bar, cafe, etc, Every single bathroom is essentially an out-house here. Where the smells of rotting fecal matter and dangerous gasses that will damage your metabolism are constantly enveloping you every time you use the bathroom, stand or sit close to a bathroom, etc. I wish you had mentioned this in your video about Tbilisi. Or is Tbilisi different from Batumi in this regard? You should warn people of this. It's terrible for your health, metabolism and cognitive speed to be exposed to hydrogen sulfide and other sewage gasses. It's not worth "living like a king" if that king has only in-house outhouses and no proper, civilized plumbing in his bathrooms.
Actually Buenos Aires has inexpensive real estate. I was just checking 2 month ago. You can buy a nice apartment in central Beunos Aires for 50 K usd up to 150 K for nice 1 to 3 bedroom apartment. Where are you getting your numbers from?
kazakstan is making moves, top 50 economy, new corridor trade route, increased uranium export, increased manufacturing
These prices in Cambodia dont sound good value. $3000 for a meter is around $165,000 usd for a small 1 br apartment 600 sq ft. And also why spend over 100 K on top of that for citizensh
if you're going to invest in kenya, invest in the coast rather than nairobi
Japan is the cheapest. Consider naturalization. It’s the best culture and way of life on the whole planet which is somewhat challenging. Countries preferred by Nihonjin says a lot. It’s quite interesting for mystery travelers like myself.🎉
What about Paraguay (Asuncion)?.
