My husband is a plastic surgeon. He will not operate on anyone who he thinks isn't mentally stable. He tells every patient the TRUTH about the surgeries and what to expect from the surgery in the future. He will not "overdo" any procedure. He can't even look at pictures like this.

Mental Illness shouldn't be encouraged by medical professionals. We have a serious problem in the medical industry.

That's messed up. I was in a bad accident and ended up having 64 surgeries over 10 years to have my leg reconstructed after I got gangrene. It was miserable, being cut on every six to eight weeks, I can't believe anyone would do it by choice. My heart just breaks for this young person.
