My admiration and respect for Ben Chew, Camille Vasquez and their team has increased exponentially after watching these attorneys.
3:35:00 Emily asks if these lawyers are uncomfortable to watch. Yes, they are. They are absolutely the definition of cringe.
Actually, the most professional people in that courtroom are the Judge and Gwyneth Paltrow.
They need to not sue Gwen, THEY NEED FAMILY THERAPY!! They literally are using the court as a family therapy reality show.
As someone who is indifferent toward Gwyneth, I absolutely believe her. Her testimony makes a lot of sense
In presumably attempting to make Gwyneth unlikable/unrelatable, this female lawyer has somehow managed to make Gwyneth more relatable and the more likeable one in the room.
As someone who works in medicare and talks with the elderly frequently, I've noticed a few trends for people as they get older. Becoming irate and quicker to anger is something that happens alot, and if they feel that their abilities are diminished from when they were younger, it can be worsened. Seems like he and his family just don't want to accept that reality because it's easier to blame it on someone else.
the techniques of questioning from both sides is equally agonizing. Wow!
Listening to Shae, it is sad, yet the reality is, this family needs a therapist, not a courtroom.
The way this witness switched demeanors from direct to cross is astounding to me
