A month and a half before 9/11 LARRY SILVERSTEIN becomes the owner of the buildings. Signing a 99 year net lease worth $3.2 Billion, and after purchasing the property. He finalized a never before seen insurance policy that covered the towers for double their value. His policy request was so outrageous to people that the broker brought together 25 different insurance lenders to give him what he asked for. Making him one of the first people in American history to get terrorism insurance on a commercial building. Then 9/11 happened causing one of the biggest insurance payouts in the history of the world. Also every single morning he ate breakfast in North tower on the 91st floor but not on 9/11 his wife made him an emergency doctors appointment that day. coincidence? (and you can run your google or AI on that)
