Classes and tests need to be done in person.

I learned more with AI being my professor than a professor I have to pay a big tuition for that's not always available 24/7. You can have the AI act like a teacher and prompt practice exam questions, flashcards, mind maps, visual images for understanding concepts. It's next level stuff if you learn to use AI properly.

The most effective strategy for Industrial Design (ID) students would be to arrange live portfolio reviews with two to three hiring managers from completely different industries. During these sessions, the hiring managers would openly share what elements of a portfolio make it onto their shortlist, what falls short, and—most importantly—the reasoning behind those decisions. This should happen live in front of faculty and the program student body. These reviews should take place early enough in the program for students to have ample time to incorporate the feedback and refine their work before graduation. Implementing this would significantly reduce the number of ID graduates who leave school with $200,000 or more in student debt but are unable to secure a role in their field—a situation that should be considered criminal given how poorly schools don't align with real industry expectations. Standards should be met, which means potential cuts from the program.

Good professors used technology to find students who used AI. They are not stupid, they can tell who is using AI. Also, they do a cumulative test at the end of semester or towards the end of graduating where you have to take the exam in the testing center with cameras and monitored. 💯💯💯

When they're in the real world, won't they be using AI to assist their job? They should teach them how to use AI well and enhance their productivity. I suspect the professors are probably using AI to make their lessons/classes (not that there's anything wrong with it)
