GOP's Own LOGIC COLLAPSES as Arguments BACKFIRE

GOP logic always collapses when they step out of their bubble. When they step into the courtroom, are under oath, are not in front of the camera, cannot bully, cannot talk over the judge, and cannot lie they hit that brick wall called reality.

So, if a woman dies because of a medically non-viable pregnancy that she is forced to continue, will the infant be tried for manslaughter? Can the lawmakers forcing the continuation of such pregnancies be tried for conspiracy to commit murder since their part in it would be premeditated? No more extreme than trying women with miscarriage or stillbirth for murder. 🤷‍♀️

Since so many states force women to carry and give birth to actual children why then are the laws not standing strong on the fathers of these children forcing them to help assist in the care and financial matters of these children or be held liable for child abuse or neglect?

If fetal personhood becomes a fact... Does the father have to start paying child support... When heartbeat is detected?

Does anyone else find this kind of ironic how they're trying to say that they have fetal personhood on the same day that they're trying to strike down birthright citizenship...wtf

There's is little else in jurisprudence that makes less sense than "Originalism" when even the self described Orginalist on SCOTUS still cannot agree as to how it should be interpreted. That is the height of subjectivity in itself so why not simply dispose of this crap for justices to hide behind.
