OMG! I briefly worked at that law firm and with the attorney mentioned at the height of the foreclosure. I knew something fishy was going on. I questioned it and left after a year.

Unfortunately, this scam caused my brother to commit suicide because he was being foreclosed on. Living in Iowa I had no idea that this was going on. I was hounded by lawyers/company foreclosing on his home. I was locked out of his house by a security company hired by the lawyers office representing the “bank” and unable to retrieve his possessions. It was a nightmare. I had to just walk away from it all. I had no idea how to deal with these lawyers etc. These people are monsters and this crap is STILL HAPPENING TODAY! Nothing has changed!

I worked for Michael Strauss, CEO American Home Mtg, largest public mortgage co for 7 years under his factoring co. SEC had banned hymn from originating or being involved in the originations for life. Oh the things I learned along that journey.

I feel like the big banks wanted to collapse alot of the small banks and take over their assets in 2008 . This is basically what happened in the 1929 crash.
