Pho Thin (https://goo.gl/maps/LM5viiFn85xSBhcNA) Price: 70,000 VND ($2.94) per bowl This is one of the most famous bowls of pho in Hanoi, and they even have restaurants abroad. One of their signatures is that they stir fry the beef instead of boiling it. It’s not doubt one of the best bowls of pho you’ll ever eat. 3.
