Throwing a brick at someone should be considered attempted murder.
They gave J6 trespassers 4 yrs for going into the capital whether they broke something or not
He wanted to fight nazis 😂 prison is where you find a lot of actual nazis.
Now make an example of him....an actual deterrent
As an ex-con I can tell you that a year or even 2 is not a good deterrent to breaking the law. I've been to prison multiple times. The first time was a 2 year sentence for an assault on a police officer. That amount of time did nothing. When I got sentenced to 9.5 years for an attempted burglary my thought process finally changed. That was the last time. I've been out for 14 years now. And I try to convince everyone I can not to do things that will get them any time but especially to refrain from things that may get them lengthy sentences. I agree with Tim on maybes 2/3 of what I hear him say. The short sentences are not something I agree with him on.
A slap on the wrist is why this has escalated. Can’t agree with not prosecuting to the fullest to stop this!
If you ever find yourself screaming in the face of an ICE agent at an Antifa rally and you end up throwing stuff at these officers, it's my opinion that you most likely cannot be deradicalized.
Giving him just one year is basically not fixing the broken window
I disagree. Soft on crime policies/punishments are why Portland and Chicago are so messed up. We should never go light on domestic enemies and terror***s
Tim's logic... don't use bricks and get arrested... use guns and get killed 😂 Of course you have to lock up criminals. Not locking them up is why we are here in the first place.
