To do the keto diet correctly, you must reduce your carb intake to 50 grams or less per day, especially if you’re working towards a goal such as weight loss, reducing chronic illness, increasing energy, or improving your health. Avoid these 13 common keto diet mistakes! 1. Don’t do dirty keto, a low-carb diet that doesn’t eliminate unhealthy ingredients. 2. Poor sleep increases blood sugar values to those of a prediabetic. It also increases cortisol levels, inhibits the release of growth hormone, and reduces fat burning. 3. Stress raises cortisol levels, which blocks the benefits of keto. 4. Overtraining can stifle weight loss! 5. Gallbladder and liver health are vital for fat breakdown and absorption, and critical for proper thyroid function. You won’t lose weight on keto until you address these issues first. 6. Your thyroid is responsible for metabolism and energy. Focus on iodine, selenium, and zinc intake for a healthy thyroid. 7. Weight loss on keto starts with a healthy gut. Try L. reuteri yogurt to restore gut health and lose weight. 8. Not getting enough sun is one of the most common keto weight loss problems. Vitamin D protects you from insulin resistance, and sunlight increases melatonin and serotonin. 9. The more atrophy you have, the less keto will work for weight loss. 10. ❤ I used chuckle leaving the doctor office. Because for some years I've been telling my doctors and nurses about healing from fasting they didn't believe me. But now they are into keto fasting. It's amazing to see the shift in medical professionals' perspectives on alternative healing methods. 97% of my health issues are gone from keto fasting..

Started keto June 21’. Took off 45lbs over five months. Average of weight loss about two pounds per week. What I learned. Keep to clean. Significantly keep the good fats UP with your protein. I’m living my best healthy life👍

I was 119.5KG iam now 82 KG it took 6 months, that was 120 weeks ago ive kept the weight off because i now monitor it if i put on a couple of kilos i go back on the keto until i get below my goal weight, this is a true video, because of this man i was able to achieve this, at the times iam not on full keto i still fast for at least 16hrs per day i still dont eat sugar and very little bread cheers from Australia.❤
