I don't know if you've noticed, but the study was published today. It's amazing the work Anton is doing.
Double BOOM BOOM! Is perfect
You were #3 in my 2025 recap. This particular wonderful person says thank you.
We finally recieved the light from the Death Star explosion, from a galaxy far far away.
Just want to say how much we appreciate you Anton! 😊❤
Well, this is how things progress: reality breaks our models and we have to revise them.
Its kinda crazy how things "just happened" then continue to "just happen" at the speed of light in a straight line until it hits our telescopes and "just happens" for us.
I vote for pure coincidence and two separate events that only appear to be one single event.
I had no idea about the Zwicky Transient Facility. Basically taking creeper shots of the universe every few days looking for something juicy.
As a kid, a long, long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, I read about an ancient supernova that was visible from earth during daylight. I'm still waiting for another one.
