If Jim is able to weasel his way out of this, we will never be able to hold anyone accountable. Jim Comey is expecting to use the statute of limitations to slither his way free. He's not even arguing that he didn't lie to Congress! Instead they attack the process. They lie and say the friend who Comey admitted he passed his notes to is actually his lawyer. And therefore any communication is privileged between them. That's ridiculous! Hillary Clinton did the same thing with her email scandal. She had her assistants destroy their phones and then "represent" her during the interview! It's so frustrating to know what these criminals have done, but be unable to prove it because they use the system to protect themselves. Who watches the watchers?
