Steven, I'm a huge fan of the podcast, and clearly another 17 million people are too. Dr Stephanie Estima was a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for having her on the show. One thing I've noticed is that you've had many guests discussing the same topics, yet they often completely contradict each other. As a listener, it's hard to know who to believe, and instead of getting answers, you end up with even more questions. I'd love to see you bring these experts together for a proper debate on the same topic. Let them challenge each other's ideas and evidence in real time. I say this with the utmost respect as a genuine fan of the show.
20 years yoga teaching, swimming 3x a week, 6 years of intermittent fasting , 58years old dexa scan last year -2.7 in hips and lower back, basically osteoporosis. Refused the medication and am now high protein, I eat 3 times a day, healthy whole foods. Three 30min weight training sessions which were given to me from gym trainers. I’m also walking every day . The weights are as heavy as I can do. I feel so much better, no back ache now, I feel so much stronger, I’ve been training for last 4 months, I look different, I feel more confident. I’ve been on a mild calorific deficit, but really feeding my muscles and bone building.

Training to be a personal trainer and as a man hearing stuff like this will help me be the best I can for my female clients. Thank you!
I Love that Steven always wants to talk about women’s 💖💖
I'm 49. Im the last woman. Ive been weight lifting 6 1/2 years 3-4 times a week. I walk about an hour several days a week. I focus on protein but I love my sweets and carbs. I do.not restrict myself from anything. I have certain things in moderation and I give myself grace. I focus on feeling healthy
I would love for her to speak on women going thru perimenopause and menopause
The best thing in my opinion for all individuals, is to take the information in, and then use your intuition to create a unique program for yourself. No two people are alike!
Oh my gosh.. Dr Stephanie just described something I observed when both my parents died within months of one another and my ex husband left me for our assistant everyone was like you look AMAZING 🤯 even though I felt like I was dying on the inside.. blew me away how everyone was just observing how lean I was rather than seeing the pain I was in 😩
Can we just appreciate the beauty of this woman 😮 wow! Face, physique, aura. Not just “she look good for her age” … in general, she is so beautiful!!
