Jimmy Kimmel sucks
It was horrific to watch. My daughter witnessed it in person, in the front row. She's still having nightmares, PTSD, and replays every time there is a quiet moment. Her innocence was robbed from her that day. We're praying and hoping time will heal this wound. She's in therapy and trying to get back to normal life, but it's really been hard on her 20 year old mind. It's been hard for us all. The silver lining is she's watched endless Charlie Kirk videos and went from someone who was checking out an event on campus to a truth seeker. I had so much respect for Charlie, and have loved how the believers have come together. We are Charlie.
How can CNN say there’s more violence on the right than the left when the left is at every ICE facility everyday causing violence 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Your humility in admitting when you’ve gotten something wrong is why YOU’RE THE MAN, STEVEN CROWDER!
It’s sad when we can’t trust either the media or the feds with this stuff.
The video was so horrific, that I threw my phone and screamed to my mother, that he’s dead, over and over again! I adored him, he was my JFK moment! I will never unsee those images! I cried for hours! Could barely open my eyes the next day! I’m so glad my small town held a memorial for him, where I could pray, and give me last respects to a man that taught me so much! Here’s to you Charlie! 🙏
I saw the original video. I was raised on a farm where we raised animals that we harvested for food. I knew Charlie died instantly. God took him as swiftly and painlessly as possible.
I was there yesterday, all peaceful. A very uplifting presence to share with my daughter
Steven, I was deployed to Iraq in 2010 and witnessed a suicide that has left me scarred to this day. Witnessing the assassination of Charlie immediately triggered my PTSD and has weighed heavily on my mind since. The gore of it is on par with what I witnessed 15 years ago in a desert far away. No movie, show, video game or otherwise can desensitize you from what actual death looks like. I have struggled these past two weeks. Being the father of two young children makes it hurt even more. I pray daily for the Kirks.
At first, I didn't want to see it because I knew I'd never unsee it. But after a few days, I found it and watched it. From different angles. Charlie LIVED it - the least I could do was watch what happened to him. It was shocking to me how quickly his life was taken from him. He finished a sentence, he was shot, then he was dead. The blessing is that Charlie never knew what happened and he never felt any pain. He didn't even have time to react to the sound of the shot. When Erika finally got to the hospital after Charlie died, a sheriff's deputy told her that she could go in to see Charlie - but he advised her against it, saying that the wound to his neck was horrific. "With all due respect, I want to see for myself what they did to my husband." That is the very definition of honoring the "for better, for worse" vow. Remarkable.
