Unless you've climbed even one of the 14 mountains this guy has, you've got no business knocking Nims. 14 Peaks is mind blowing! He broke several world records for mountaineering, truly amazing!
Sad to see this pod isn’t as popular as it should be
This man deserves so much more, not just a 1.5-hour movie on Netflix but a whole series. He is doing the impossible, and the world's recognition is so little. It's insane.
nims was talking about the stats from when he climbed annapurna. joe had the current stats pulled up
Legend is a word banded about far too freely these days, but this man is an absolute legend, no doubt. What makes him so special is his ability to put others before himself. He saved one man's life going back up the mountain he had just climbed and gave his oxygen to a dying man and stayed with him for 11 hours until he died in his arms, when nobody came to help. He has the mentality of leaving no one behind. What a great human being!
Joe didn’t listen when he said he changed they statistics on Annapurna. Before his crew went at set the fixed lines, the death rate was way higher
This man’s mental fortitude is insane.
Sad nims didn’t get the credit about what he was saying with 3/4 climbers dying cause he was trying to say that before he put fixed lines the amount of summits was much lower and riskier
This should be more famous😮
Bro after a year i just noticed nimsdai had a podcast with joe rogen
