BREAKING: MAGA Turned on Trump’s Own SCOTUS Justices (w/ Kyle Cheney)

For someone who lived through Watergate and was so thankful for these reforms - today is a truly devastating day

I can pretty much guarantee you that all the SCOTUS decisions that gave donny power no president has had, or should have, will be retracted and removed the second they know a Democratic president takes power so they don't have the same powers.

The worst thing about any president having that much power over things that should be completely non-partisan (such as the FCC) is that it creates perfect conditions for crazy whiplashes that will destroy the function of these commissions as nobody would be able to rely on a steady, predictable environment in the areas regulated.

The court has no credibility after the immunity ruling. The entire point of the constitution was to prevent an imperial presidency. No Kings. No one is above the law.

This court didn't have an expansive view of presidential power when Biden wanted to forgive student loans. They acted fast on that too. They didn't sit back and let him keep doing it for a year before telling him he couldn't.

The justices just cherry pick which history to support their arguments.

The president only gets 4 or 8 years. This imperial presidency will cause complete failure like any Latin American country that constantly swing from a Dictatorship to a radical socialist regime and never digging out of economic collapse. This court is wrong and out of control.

Andrew is incredibly naive. The supreme court is just deciding on what outcome they want then coming up with justifications after the fact.

There is no logical distinction. The majority is simply using raw power, not legal analysis.

Kyle is right this Supreme Court is trying to undo what was done in response to Watergate, but it’s also to undo what was done prior as well. Their goal is to undo anything that benefits the population. They chose their outcome and twist logic to support it. They are REGRESSIVE!
