The most awaited podcast of the year 2025
I don’t understand why people can’t work hard while also enjoying themselves, spending time with friends and family or having a drink once in a while? This hustle culture is making people take their lives way too seriously and forget the things that really matter. Build the life you want but make time for play. And i don’t mean getting hammered every weekend

It really is a fine line. Pushing beyond your means for the life you want but also staying present as much as you can. I let the days of rest come and go and also the days where I have to grind my ass of maybe even months. It really isn’t a balance. More of 90% grind 10% rest. But I am that 22 year old man. And for the last three years I’ve been building non stop and I am fulfilled. I get to choose. I get to choose this life every day and it is a privilege. I think that’s what he means…a lot of my mentilty came from mentors and men who built in their 20’s and passed these nuggets down. At the end of the day it’s finding out what your life looks like to you!
I am 33 year old with nothing going for me and obviously nothing to lose.
It seriously depends upon what kind of life you want to have. I have a good friend that I’ve known since grade school and his idea of a great life was completely different from mine. He is one of the most intelligent people I have ever known as in straight A’s in every subject with little to no effort. He could have gone straight to the top in any field he chose but that’s not what he wanted. Instead, he married his high school sweetheart, had 3 kids, and works for one of the largest lumber mill companies in the country. He and his wife are 2 of the happiest and most contented people I know. He didn’t want to chase money, he wanted to be comfortable but spend as much time with his family as possible.
Life is so about enjoying it, but some people may not need much of that because their work is energizing to them. But take if you need it, but if you don't, GRIND.
To anyone who's suffering depression, anxiety, insomnia and other mental health problems, you are not alone. I feel you. You are so brave. You are doing so well. I'm proud of you. I'm sending you a virtual hug ❤ what helped me get out of that dark spiral was journaling and mindfulness from Shift Your Mind by Alexander Brooks. The anxiety that used to control my whole day barely shows up now!🙏❤
Live your life exactly how you want, if you wanna be lazy be lazy if you wanna be hard working be hard working if you wanna do both do both. You only live once, be happy and live in the present, also this is just my opinion.
