TRUTH About Karmelo Anthony's "Imperfect Self-Defense" Argument

Anyone running a poll on how many cities will burn when the trial is over?

Nobody seems to mention it and maybe it is irrelevant but Karmelo had been suspended from school and wasn't even supposed to be at the event (which was at another school). He wasn't participating in the track meet, he was just there being a menace.

How about we start locking up parents of these so called innocent children ..this is so sad

When faking a hate crime is not a hate crime you get this kind of false entitlement.

It doesn't even make sense, if he was so fearful of his life, he would've left; not provoked the victim. That obviously shows he wasn't fearful.

In Texas to claim self defense you must use deadly force against deadly force. Touching him to make him move after being told is not deadly force.

I'd love to see Karmelo's search history around the time of the murder, did he research self defense, just to see if he could get away with it?

Jury intimidation will be the strategy

When the jurors honestly say they cannot be fair that has to be respected... they couldn't lock a "brother". So if that is the truth then it's good they are being truthful... He confessed, had the murder weapon and the body... closed case... Had an OPEN knife blade ready in his bag. Had another knife incident at his school before. What is there to protest except he killed a young man with a life ahead of him... HE made the choice to end his life. He needs to own up to the consequences for his action... ANd if there are riots and protesters, arrest and lock them up as well. This has to stop. PERIOD. ANd it was premeditated. That is worse. His family got hundreds of thousands of dollars from fund raisers, been living large, spent it all and now using public defender? KA was not in jail, reduced bond, been living large until now while Austin got a coffin. Justice must be served regardless of race or any other excuse. If your team read the transcripts, all the data you would know more of the facts of his past and his actions... he confessed.. then later when they said he died said it was self defence. Austin did not get a chance to live his life so why should his murderer?
