Being a huge hypocrite is a Maga prerequisite.
Nuremberg established that "I was just following orders." was no defence. Many Nazis still got executed.
Coming from a 5 time DRAFT DODGING COWARD, that's RICH af.
It's not "You don't have to follow unlawful orders". It's "You must not follow unlawful orders." Big difference.
The law is that military must NOT follow unlawful orders! It's not a choice. Everyone that follows unlawful orders can be prosecuted. Unfortunately not the people that gave the unlawful order. That has to change!!!
And I naively thought my level of respect for Hegseth could not get any lower, thanks for proving me wrong.
Actual Combat Veteran here, Hegseth should be taken out by the UCMJ. If they won't us veterans need to take him out.
It's important... We gotta legally impeach these people, keep fighting.
Let's be clear. It's NOT that you don't HAVE to follow unlawful orders, you are required NOT to follow unlawful orders!!
