Lame Duck Donald & The Immigration Nation | The Tim Dillon Show #470
Analyzing NYC Real Estate Corruption, Educational Collapse, and AI Apocalypses
Discover the hidden economic mechanisms driving New York City's unaffordability and understand the dire predictions concerning the American college system and emerging artificial intelligence technology.
Short Summary
- Foreign capital acquisition and secretive LLCs are identified as primary drivers inflating New York real estate values (37% shell ownership in Manhattan).
- The current US college system is deemed finished, creating debt-laden graduates unprepared for the job market, necessitating foreign labor importation.
- A detailed analysis critiques political arguments supporting H-1B visas for tech jobs while domestic skills are underdeveloped.
- The segment scrutinizes media restructuring under figures like Barry Weiss and the alarming prioritization of AI development over local social crises (e.g., SF fentanyl/Waymo incident).
This episode dissects intersecting failures in US governance, economics, and media integrity. The host connects local issues, such as driverless car incidents in San Francisco, with sweeping critique of globalization’s role in housing crises and educational disinvestment. Read on to see how these macro trends impact daily life and political direction.

CANDACE DILLON 2028
Tim is only weeks away from uranium enrichment
Why is Tim at the front desk at the Ramada 😊
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Tim Dillon day, Sunday.
We wish Bubba well.
This is the snarkiest timeshare presentation I've ever watched.
Imagine a comedian being my source for truth and information.
Some really great points in this. 1. On AI: “One man’s god is another man’s demon.” 2. “Everybody wants to pretend like we’re still living in a place that makes some sense. But it doesn’t make any sense to anyone. It makes no sense to anyone, which is why movies don’t make any sense anymore—because movies used to reflect a reality that you somehow understood. But the reality is so fractured that nobody can even understand what’s happening.” These have to be two of the most spot-on points that Tim has made in the past year.
I graduated college in 2019 and got the exact job I was expecting. Feels like I got on the last chopper out of Saigon
“Always remember the system isn’t broken, it’s working exactly the way it was designed.”
