48:45 My husband has worked in an auto body shop for 25 years and had a lot to say about this picture immediately. I have to share his thoughts. Over those 25 years he has seen every possible kind of damage caused by every way you could think of and some you couldn't on every type of vehicle, so I put him in expert category for this. We live in Tennessee and animal collisions are frequent, especially deer, so he's familiar with damage sustained from a body. It's the scuff mark running across the grey area under the red glass that set him off. We then looked up pictures of Karen's car so he could see the quarter panel by that light and sure enough there's a scuff mark running straight across starting on the light. My husband was losing his shit telling me given all his knowledge he's absolutely 150% sure that damage was caused by a stationary object and not a person. After seeing hundreds of vehicles damaged by large deer and unfortunately a few by people, NONE of those had scuff marks. No way John's body broke that light and left a scuff mark under that light that continued in a nearly straight line across the quarter panel. Apologies for the long post, had to share with the Law Nerds. 💜
I really wish John could scream down from the heaven's of what happened to him because the who investigated this let him down so badly
90% of the time I'm listening from my desk at work and I really appreciate Emily describing what is going on because I can't watch. Just simply the best better than all the rest 🎶🎶
Honestly I’m 44 with ASD and adhd and 3 sons. I’m Irish and I’m off to Iceland next week for my 10th time. I just want to thank you Emily for giving women like me the balls to put ourselves out there. ❤️❤️🥃
What's so sad it that the investigation was so botched that the victim may never find justice.
I live in an area that gets a bit of snow in the winter. I have never heard of our EMTs, cops, and firefighters not being able to get out to a call. They may be a little delayed or they may have to coordinate with the city or county for assistance with a snow plow but they get there. They also have vehicles that can handle the snow. We had an officer attacked a while back and I think every cop in our community and the surrounding communities showed up to assist. You’re telling me an officer was down and it took 8 hours for approval and for the other officers to get out of their driveways? You live in the northeast and don’t own a 4-wheel drive? No one? You can’t even get to an emergency snow route and have someone pick you up? That seems SO SO weird to me. There are so many bizarre things happening with this case.
OMG a hair was found on vehicle after vehicle traveled in a blizzard! Damn that was some serious Aquanet.
I've just realized that I like watching the defense in the same way that I used to watch races just for the crashes. I just wait for them to reveal the fuckery.
