I once heard, “May our warfare come from a place of worship and rest” and there’s so much power in that statement!! The devil wants to wear us out, battling every single thing he throws at us. I’ve realized over the years just how powerful and life-giving praise & worship is when I’m in a battle. Followed by resting & waiting and holding fast to who we know God is and how He will see us through every storm. ❤
My mother experienced relief from chronic pain while praising the Lord alone at home. We're called to sing praises in our hearts to the Lord, to think on what is worthy of praise and beautiful, what is peaceful and good, and to meditate on His Word. "Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." Philippians 4:8 I love the account in 1 Samuel 16:23 about how the demon who tormented King Saul would flee when David played the harp for him.
Can’t even believe that Kim Walker Smith is on here!!! 20 plus years ago… God used her worship to bring me into relationship with Holy Spirit! now my grandkids are rocking to “Boxes” Praising God for this!!!! Also lift her and her family and ministry in my daily prayer!!! Me & Holy Spirit is on the move daily! Thank you Kim…. I’m SO in love with Jesus, Holy Spirit and the Father!!!! I never knew how beautiful life could be! Thank you and may you be blessed! ❤🎉🙏🏽❤️🔥🙌🏽🕊️
