As a Swede, our government is a total joke and it has been for a pretty long time now. And 57% in tax over a certain amount, is wild.

I live in El Salvador and I love it! The people are welcoming and happy to see the Gringa😂. I live alone with my dog, don't really speak much Spanish and live off S/S. It's a good life 💕. God is great 😊

I always appreciate the repeated message from these informative videos, which is get more quality of life for less. And that you may find those opportunities in places you hadn’t thought of. Really great advice!

Californian here. In just the past 12 months, I personally know two people who were murdered, three of my friends have had their homes broken into (in Pacific Palisades, Malibu and Mid-Wilshire LA) and one friend who was robbed with a gun in his face and then just told by the 911 dispatcher to just file a report online when he gets home if he still wants to, showing that there's probably a lot more crime being under-reported. The most frustrating thing for me is there's a weird attitude in my fellow Californians that this is just part of living here, like for example if you choose to live in New England you have to deal with cold winters. I don't understand this broken mentality as there are certainly policy adjustments that could improve the situation.

Let's not forget that the highest officially recorded gun homicide rate is in the U.S. in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

If you want to live in hell just go to Stockholm, Paris, London or Berlin.

Sorry to say this but in a lot of developing countries, the crime stats are *severely under reported. For example, people being robbed at gun point don't report because it's a lot of effort and usually nothing gets done. It's common place. Even so, you become part of a statistics game where maybe 90% of the time nothing happens to you. But when something does happen, it will leave you traumatized for life, if you survive it. Not sure it's worth it. If you have kids or older family members with you it is even more stressful and they get targeted and you'll be wondering if they're coming back home safely.

I live in Seattle but spend a lot of time in Eastern Europe where it is much, much safer.
