As Nicolás Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores de Maduro return to federal court on Thursday, leaders of at least two other Latin American countries appear to be in the Trump DOJ's sights.  The Wall Street Journal reported that prosecutors in southern Florida are investigating Cuba's leadership, and prosecutors in Manhattan and Brooklyn are probing Colombian President Gustavo Petro, whom Trump has feuded with over U.S. boat strikes in the Caribbean.
