Implement an 8-year term limit for the Senate and House, and cap their salaries at $75,000 annually. Under penalty of prison, they are not allowed to accept meals, gifts, or donations from super PACs or AIPAC or cash donations . They should also be regulated by an investigative branch to prevent the abuse of power for stock market gains from bill manipulation. If misconduct occurs, imprisonment in a medium-security prison should follow.
